Megan Fox nightclub poster busted

Submitted on September 7, 2009 No Comment

‘Megan Fox a filthy nightclub poster child’; nobody says that and gets away unpunished. This is especially true when the poster photograph in question belongs to a magazine like ‘Maxim’.

Megan Fox

Recently a very hot photograph of Fox in a sexy micro-skirt was seen on a poster which advertised a Milwaukee club. Now the source of this picture happened to be the July cover of the ‘Maxim’ magazine. Worst still, the club thought better than asking permission from the magazine for using the picture!

Now the story is set for the next stage; ‘Maxim’ has jumped into legal action mode. The magazine has accused the club of infringing their trademarks and copyrights. They have also asked the club to stop using this particular photograph and any other Maxim materials from their advertising promotions.

Best part about the whole issue? Well, the club did try to cover up the source from which the photograph was taken from. Their method- to flip the picture 180 degree! That must have needed quite a brain to decide!
